Transforming Global Superstitions into a Unified, Sound reactive Immersive Experience.
Whisper Wall is an immersive, sound-reactive experience that invites audiences to explore the mysterious world of superstitions through whisper-like audio via paper cups and symbolic, shadow-inspired visual storytelling.

Superstitions are culturally inherited beliefs often dismissed as irrational, yet they continue to shape human behavior, emotion, and ritual across cultures—inviting the question of why we believe what we believe.

The project approaches design as a space for reflection rather than explanation, using storytelling, sound, and interaction to move audiences beyond skepticism.

A multisensory system combining whispered audio through paper cups, negative-space animations, and symbolic visuals to create an intimate, immersive experience.

When showcased at Imagine RIT, the experience prompted audiences to lean in, pause, and reflect—often sharing personal superstitions and cultural memories.
